These two got a lof of following, they are basically the TCM fandom's favorite twins.
The hitchhiker is a OK character but Chop Top was so annoying to me, like something from a cartoon such as Cow and Chicken.
The fangirls like them because they are so "quirky and random" I guess, like GIR from Invader ZIM.
