Lilian in early development was meant to be based on the Yandere trope.
Some of those attributes are still there, (clingniness, emotional depenendence, jealously, murder tendencies) but not as promiment as they were during conceptualization.

One thing I still want to try to represent in her design is that her delicate, soft appearance is meant to be deceiving, hiding her inner mental turmoils.
