I don't care much for yuri but my interest in Transformers was renewed around those years and I found out Kotobukiya was making a Bishoujo series based on the G1 designs. I saw on social media several artists making art of the gender bent anime girls and I simply joined the fun.

These illustrations originally were only shared on Tumblr since I knew the TF fandom audience over there liked shipping a lot and my new multifandom blog needed a little activity boost, it was a freshly made account.

On that first Megatron/Starscream pic I ended up drawing a fan-made design for Starscream that went viral and I mistook for official.

Once Starscream bishoujo design was officially revealed I drew a new, better version.

I like female Megatron's design, the oversized coat it's such a fashonable accesory and fits so well with her military looks.

It's pretty funny how people will look at a toxic yuri couple and say "omg yess my queens" but when the same tropes are applied to a hetero or a yaoi couple people will say "no, that's so problematic!"

There are fans who don't like Megatron X Starscream because they say it normalizes abuse but when I drew this I didn't found any hate on my comments.

If there are anime girls it's ok I guess, kek.
